Service Description
In this series of 3 x 3 hour in person workshops, and 1 x 2 hour remote follow up, you will gain the practical skills and knowledge to apply inclusive listening in your professional and personal life. You will be able to better recognise your non-conscious cultural and emotional barriers to understanding in everyday interactions and you will be provided with an inclusive listening 'toolkit' to help overcome those barriers and intentionally achieve inclusive understanding. The course involves intimate, small group workshops that will deepen your confidence to apply the toolkit.
