Inclusive Listening for Teams

Service Description

In this series of customised online and/or in person workshops you will gain the practical skills and knowledge to apply inclusive listening as a master key unlocking cross-cultural and interpersonal understanding to solve wicked problems, resolve conflict, develop more effective interventions, strengthen inclusive leadership and accelerate personal growth. You will be able to recognise your non-conscious cultural and emotional barriers to understanding in everyday interpersonal interactions and you will be provided with an inclusive listening 'toolkit' to overcome those barriers and intentionally achieve inclusive understanding. The course involves intimate, small group workshops that will deepen your confidence to apply the toolkit.
